We have amalgamated a blend of youth and experience to create an energetic and knowledgeable team at Patch, dedicated to representing our personable, hardworking company values. We think old school (and sometimes stuffy!) estate agent offices are slowly becoming a thing of the past, and so have recently moved to our new ‘off street’ office. We are always more than happy for anyone to stop by for a coffee or a beer (depending on what time / day is is!).

I grew up as a sports mad boy in Surrey, playing rugby for the local team, and spending most of the summer holidays down at the golf course with friends – as another southern Manchester United fan, these were the glory days that have long since gone away!
After leaving school, I studied marketing and management at Newcastle University, before moving down to London – unfortunately I couldn’t bring the prices for a drink in Newcastle down with me!
I have since lived in Clapham Old Town, Wandsworth, and recently moved to Barnes with my fiancé.
In 2020, the opportunity arose for me to acquire ‘London Estate Agents’, a company which had been operating in the local area for over 20 years.
At this stage, I had experience in the property industry, but more recently, had been working for Harlequins FC in the sponsorship team.
I had always been motivated to run my own business, and so this was not an opportunity that was going to pass me by.
Over the last 4 years or so, as the new owner of the business, I have focused on developing key relationships with established company contacts, and building a team with a work ethic and personality traits that are conducive with the company values.
